Isabella enjoys nature walks with her dachshund puppy, Phoenix, and finds relaxation in mindfulness activities like colouring. Her favourite colour is pink.
She has experience supporting participants aged 6 to 60 across a range of physical and psychosocial disabilities. Her adaptable nature allows her to respond effectively to diverse support needs.

Keeleigh is new to the disability support industry, but she brings a wealth of life experience, compassion, and dedication to her role.
Currently studying a teaching degree, Keeleigh has spent many years as a committed horse riding instructor, where she developed a deep understanding of patience, communication, and individual learning styles. Her personal experience supporting loved ones with disability, dementia, and mental health challenges has shaped her gentle, kind, and nurturing approach.
Keeleigh is especially well-suited to participants who prefer calm, steady, and emotionally safe interactions. She offers quiet confidence, genuine care, and a strong foundation for building trust.
She holds all required clearances, including First Aid and CPR, and is building a solid base for becoming an exceptional support worker.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Keeleigh helping run the family farm alongside her mum, caring for over 106 rescued animals, studying at university, or enjoying the local rodeo scene with her family.

Lydia brings a calm, caring presence and a deep love for animals to her role at Soulful Abilities. With a strong interest in mental health and capacity building, she’s passionate about creating positive, fulfilling environments where participants feel safe, connected, and empowered.
She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and a Certificate IV in Mental Health, along with all industry-relevant clearances, including First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling. Lydia supports each person with empathy, encouragement, and respect, ensuring safety and wellbeing are always prioritised.
Known for her gentle approach and genuine warmth, Lydia thrives on the social connections her role offers. She values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in others’ lives and brings a trauma-informed, person-centred lens to every interaction.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Lydia on the farm tending to her beehive, enjoying the beach, or spending time with her family and her daughter, Chloe. She’s also a big fan of arts and crafts, netball, and anything animal-related—especially elephants, turtles, and whales. Her favourite colour is blue, and her energy brings a sense of calm and joy to those around her.

Jenni is our Finance and Administration Manager, and the go-to guru for all things spreadsheets, systems, and support.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Education Department across curriculum, finance, and administration, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart for helping.
Her calm, caring nature and practical problem-solving make her a trusted presence for both staff and participants. Jenni’s passion lies in empowering others to reach their potential, always with respect, dignity, and a touch of creative flair.
You’ll hear from Jenni from time to time as she steps in to support behind the scenes, taking tasks off my plate to help ensure everything runs smoothly and thoughtfully for our participants.
Outside of work, Jenni enjoys time with her family including her two adult children and two grandchildren and values a healthy balance between home and work life.

Marisa is a dedicated support worker with over five years of experience in aged care and disability support. She brings a compassionate, goal-focused approach to her work, helping people live more independently and confidently. Her background includes personal care, community access, and respite support, and she's comfortable working with clients both in the home and out in the community— including those with complex needs and behaviours.
Marisa holds a Certificate III in Individual Support and maintains up-to-date credentials including First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, Police Check, Manual Handling, and Medication Training.
Outside of work, Marisa loves camping— especially along the Murray River 2-3 times a year. She finds peace in nature, enjoys fishing, and loves cooking over a campfire with family and friends. Her calm presence and practical skills make her a valued part of any support team.

Rueben is an experienced Youth and Community Services Worker with five years ir he sector. He holds a Certificate III in Community Services and a Certificate IV in Youth Work and is currently expanding his knowledge through further study in Social Work.
Rueben holds all current industry required clearances, First aid, CPR, manual handling.
Rueben is passionate about supporting young people and adults to thrive and is a strong advocate for their needs. He works collaboratively with families to ensure holistic support around each participant.
He enjoys music, building LEGO, and spending time outdoors. Rueben's favorite colour is purple, and his favorite animals are dogs.
Rueben is known for his approachable nature and commitment to empowering those he supports, he is a proud member of the LBGTQI community and has a passion for advocating for those he supports.

Sharon is a compassionate and committed Disability Support Worker with 5 years of experience in the sector. She is currently indertaking further studies to deepen her expertise and enhance her ability to support individuals with disabilities.
She holds all current industry-required clearances, including First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications.
Outside of her support work, Sharon runs a beautiful farm known as The ARK, home to over 106 rescued animals she has lovingly adopted. From donkeys to more unexpected companions, Sharon's deep compassion and commitment to animal welfare shine through in every aspect of her life. This same nurturing and calming presence is reflected in her approach to supporting clients, where she brings patience, empathy, and a genuine dedication to their wellbeing.

Tania is an experienced support worker with 6 years in the industry and over 20 years in customer-focused roles.
She has strong expertise working with people living with Motor Neurone Disease Muscular Dystrophy, Acquired Brain Injury (ABl), and mental health challenges.
Tania holds all current industry required. clearances, First aid, CPR, manual handling.
As a mother of three and grandmother to four, two of whom are neurodiverse. Tania brings valuable lived experience and understanding to her work. Known for her kind, calm, and caring nature, Tania also brings a great sense of humour to every interaction.
Tania enjoys a good laugh, time in the garden and keeping busy. Her Favourite colour is deep blue, and her Favourite animal is a Bengal Tiger.

Van is a passionate Web Developer with a strong background in building modern, responsive, and scalable websites. With over 5 years of hands-on experience in web design, development, and digital systems, he combines technical precision with creative problem-solving to deliver clean, high-performing solutions.
Van has worked across a range of industries, helping businesses streamline operations and strengthen their online presence through thoughtful design and smart functionality.
Known for his calm and collaborative approach, he values clear communication, attention to detail, and building systems that truly make a difference.
Outside of coding, Van enjoys working on personal projects, experimenting with new technologies, and spending time outdoors. His favourite colour is deep blue, and his favourite animal is the Bengal tiger — both reflecting his focus, strength, and creativity.
